This type of CRC-Cap with bore seal is designed especially to fit the bottles from the company Esterform
in the UK. The pitch is 4,24. It fits the following bottle sizes: 250ml, 500ml – with both
ribbed and plain label panel – 750ml and 1000ml. The outer part comes in the standard col-
ours black, white, red, yellow, green and blue. The inner part is neutral. The cap is available
in the fine ribbed design.

We would like to introduce our new cap:

• This WP CRC-Cap is cast with a bore seal and is designed especially to fit metal cans - for example from the English company CarnaudMetalbox.

It is available in 2 sizes – ø25mm and ø38mm. The cap with ø25mm fits the 250ml and the 500ml bottles and the cap with ø38mm fits the 1000ml, the 2500ml and the 5000ml bottles. The outer part comes in the standard colours black, white, red, green, blue and yellow or in any customer-specified colour. The inner part is neutral and is produced of Acetal copolymer - (=polyoxymethylene/POM). The cap is available in the fine ribbed design.

We have added yet another version of child resistant caps to our assortment:

• Our WP CRC-Cap 28mm with bore seal is now available with PCO1810 thread.

In order to comply with the request of some of our customers we have added a CRC-Cap with a PCO1810 thread to our product range – however at the moment only with bore seal. It is a socalled "softdrink neck" and we are the only company in the whole of Scandinavia who produces a child resistant cap with a PCO 1810 thread.

• All our variants of the WP CRC-Cap 28mm are supplied now with Tamper Evident with small ribbed outer part.

Tamper Evident has in addition to the child resistance a tamper band – this contributes to improved safety of the dangerous products used in the chemical, technical and pharmaceutical industry. The tamper band indicates, if the container has been opened or tampered with and thereby lost its child resistance. This WP CRC-Cap with Tamper Evident meets some of the future demands for dangerous products.

The Danish company RBR Dichmann Plast A/S has 15th November 2005 taken over the production of aerosol caps from Willum Plast A/S. Our main area of interest the last few years has been with Child Resistant Caps and we have therefore been searching for the right company to take over our aerosol production and serve our customers. RBR Dichmann Plast A/S already has aerosol caps in their production so this will not be a new production for them. We feel confident that our customers will be satisfied with this solution.

We are pleased to inform that we have expanded our assortment. Apart from offering our already well know child resistant caps we can now also supply our own blow moulded PE bottles and containers which means we can offer: The complete packaging solution!
Our decision to expand our product range was made, because we wanted a bottle on the market with measurements which absolutely corresponded to our WP caps. By supplying bottles and caps together we have sole responsibility to ensure that: The bottle and cap fit together 100% and we give, the opportunity to reduce the number of suppliers
All the parts of our “complete packaging solution” are produced, controlled and packed at our plant in Skibby, Denmark. At the moment we produce a customer specified 500ml container. We wish to extend the assortment in pace with customers’ requests and needs. We can also offer customers to have their own bottles blow moulded by us. We would be happy to provide a quotation based on your required quantities.

Ms Jette Jochumsen has been employed in our sales department and speaks German, English and Danish.

We can now offer our 28mm CRC-Caps in both a fine and coarse ribbed design.
